Michael P. Miller, Esq.

Mr. Miller has decades of experience in law and executive management.  Prior to entering private practice, he served the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as an estate recovery specialist. 

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and History from Clark University, a Juris Doctor degree from Quinnipiac University, and a Master of Laws degree in Estate Planning and Elder Law from Western New England University School of Law. He has interned with the Judiciary Committee of the State of Connecticut's General Assembly and served a Justice of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court as a law clerk. 

Mr. Miller is licensed to practice in Massachusetts, including before the Federal District Court of Massachusetts and the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, and he is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce Revolving Loan Fund, and Friends of the Lawrence Public Library.
